Swimmer’s high?

Alright. So the pumpkin muffins came out really wrong. They taste pretty good, but they too moist and dense. I will have to perfect the recipe before sharing…

On the bright side, I had a crazy good swim workout! Usually I get do sets and things and if I just get in and swim, I get bored after 20 or 30 minutes. But I got in and started swimming… and swimming… and swimming. When I finally lifted my head out of the water to look at the clock, it had been an HOUR and 15 minutes! I stayed in for 15 more and then called it a day.

I think I know why my workout was abnormally good.

Oh my gosh. I thought these would be good, but I wasn’t expecting them to be the best granola bars I have ever had. Perfectly soft yet crisp, sweet yet salty, and totally delicious! Thanks, Allie!
