Broiled goat cheese and honeyed banana crostini

This was just a little post workout snacky!

Obviously, these aren’t technically crostinis, but using a whole grain english muffin is quick and just as tasty!

As delicious as it is simple.

Broiled Goat Cheese and Honeyed Banana Crostini

1 whole grain english muffin

1-2 oz goat cheese

half banana, thinly sliced

drizzle honey

sea salt

Toast the english muffin. Top with goat cheese and banana slices. Broil for a few minutes. Drizzle with honey and a dash of salt.

  2. How wonderful! I’ve never even heard of a crostini. I’ve been having english muffins daily for breakfast since they’re so wonderful and easy with butter and jam.
